Getting started

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The Free Garage Floor Estimate comes with no obligation. You see a written scope before any work begins or anything is scheduled.

What areas do you serve?

Nashville and nearby communities across Middle Tennessee, including Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna and more. See the service areas page for the full list.

What do you do?

Polyaspartic and polyurea floor coatings for garages, basements, patios and commercial spaces, concrete prep and repair, custom design, planning and the care that keeps floors looking new.

Can I hire you for a small project?

Yes. Many calls are for steps, a single bay, a repair or a refresh, and we welcome them.

Polyaspartic and epoxy

What is polyaspartic?

Polyaspartic is a fast-curing type of polyurea coating that resists sunlight and forms a hard, glossy film. It is a favorite for garage floors.

Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?

It is often a great choice for garages because it cures fast and resists UV light. Epoxy still suits some floors and budgets, and many systems combine them.

Will a coating peel?

Peeling usually comes from poor preparation or moisture. We grind, test and repair first to prevent it.

Prep and moisture

What prep do you do?

We diamond grind the floor, repair cracks and joints, remove old coatings and clean the surface before any coating goes down.

Do you test for moisture?

Yes. Testing before coating shows whether the slab is ready or needs a moisture-mitigating primer.

Can you coat new concrete?

Yes, after the slab has cured and passed testing. New concrete also needs grinding for a good bond.

Design and finish

Can I pick my own colors?

Yes. We bring sample boards and chips, and you can try ideas in our free Design Studio before you decide.

Will the floor be slippery?

Flakes or fine grit add traction, and we can texture the door apron, steps and wet areas while keeping the main floor smooth.

Can I add stripes or a border?

Yes. Borders, stripes, patterns and cove bases are built into the coating.

Cost and schedule

What drives the cost of a coating?

Size, prep, repairs, system, finish and details. A written scope shows exactly what is included.

How do I compare bids?

Ask each company for the same details: prep method, repairs, layers, finish and exclusions. Our bid scorecard helps you compare.

How long does a floor take?

Many garages finish in a day or two, with longer schedules for repairs or large floors. We share a written schedule and cure plan.
