Estimate and visit
We measure the floor, check for cracks, stains and moisture and talk about how you use the space. You leave with a clear idea of the options.
We write a scope that lists every step.
Nashville garages vary widely, so this visit matters.
Choosing colors
Sample boards and chips help you choose a blend and finish. The Design Studio lets you test ideas at home.
We record the blend and details so the order matches.
Changes are easy at this stage.
Prep day
The garage is cleared, doors are protected and the floor is ground with a dust-controlled machine. Old coatings and stains are removed.
Cracks and joints are repaired, and the floor is cleaned.
Prep is the longest and most important step. Nashville humidity and temperature on the day of prep and coating are watched closely so each layer goes on in its window.
Basecoat and flake
The basecoat is rolled out to an even thickness, and flakes are broadcast by hand until the surface is covered or scattered as designed.
Timing matters because the material cures fast.
Excess flake is removed once it sets.
Topcoat and cure
Clear topcoats lock in the flakes and set the sheen. Texture can be added for traction.
The floor then cures for the time we specify before walking, moving in and parking.
We give you a written schedule. On a muggy Nashville day we may adjust timing, since heat and humidity change how quickly the topcoat cures.
Walkthrough and care
We walk the finished floor with you, hand over the care guide and answer questions.
A first checkup is available if you want one.
We stay reachable after you move your things back.
Spend extra time on the estimate and the colors, because those choices shape everything after.
