Heavy-duty industrial polyurea floors with thick-build, impact-resistant systems for plants, shops and yards where forklifts, pallets and equipment never stop.
In a plant or heavy shop, the floor is part of the machine. Steel wheels, dropped parts, pallet jacks and constant starts and stops grind away weak surfaces. A thick-build polyurea or polyaspartic industrial system provides a hard, resilient layer that spreads loads and resists impact and abrasion. It cures fast enough to limit downtime and can include aggregate for traction. Nashville industrial buildings, fabricators and equipment yards use these systems to keep floors working for the long haul without a long shutdown.
We start with a close look at what the floor handles: wheel types, loads, impacts and chemicals. After a deep prep by shot blasting or grinding, we repair spalls and joints and build the system in layers, often with a broadcast of aggregate to carry the load. Topcoats are chosen for abrasion and chemical resistance, and edges, drains and equipment pads are planned with you. We work in phases so you can keep running, and we explain the cure schedule for forklifts and heavy gear. We are honest that very heavy impact in one spot may still mark any coating.

You tell us what you want to coat, how you use the space and what bothers you about the floor, and we set a visit.
We measure the floor, check cracks, stains and moisture, take photos and talk through colors and finishes.
You review samples, a design preview and a plain written scope with every layer and the schedule before anything is ordered.
We clear and protect the space, diamond grind the slab, repair cracks and joints and clean the surface.
We apply the basecoat, broadcast flakes or color and roll the clear topcoat, then give you a cure schedule.
We walk the finished floor with you, share a care guide and schedule a first checkup.
Many systems handle them after full cure, though hard wheels can wear any coating.
Thickness depends on the loads. We build to the needs of your floor.
Thick systems resist impact better, though very heavy hits can chip.
Fast-curing systems often allow quick light use, with heavier loads after full cure.
