Gloss, satin and matte topcoat finishes that set the final sheen of a polyaspartic floor, with samples to show how light, dirt and traction change with each.
The topcoat decides how your floor feels and how it looks in the light. A high gloss makes colors pop and gives that mirror sheen; satin is softer and hides scuffs a little better; matte feels calm and modern and tends to hide dust and tire marks. Each has trade-offs, which is why we encourage owners to see samples in their own garage. Nashville garages often have bright overhead lights and big open doors, so how a surface catches light can change the whole mood.
We bring sample boards in gloss, satin and matte versions of your chosen color and let you view them under the garage lights and in daylight. We also talk about traction, since a very glossy finish can feel slicker when wet and a matte finish usually grips better. Once you choose, the topcoat is rolled on in even passes so the sheen is uniform. If you want a mix, such as gloss in the field and matte at the steps, we can plan zones so the transitions look intentional.
