Polyurea deck and balcony coatings that seal and protect concrete walking surfaces with a flexible, textured, UV-stable finish for stairs, landings and terraces.
A concrete balcony or walkway deck does two jobs: it carries people and it keeps water off what is below. When the surface cracks or the old coating fails, water gets in and the problems spread. A polyurea and polyaspartic deck system seals the surface with a flexible membrane, then adds a textured, UV-stable wearing coat. The result is easier to walk on and clean and looks fresh for apartment balconies, condo terraces, commercial walkways and exterior stairs. Nashville's mix of sun, rain and freeze-thaw makes these decks work hard.
We start with a close look at drainage, railings and cracks. Prep is thorough: cleaning, grinding and repair, with extra attention to edges and rail posts. We apply a flexible membrane, add aggregate or flake for traction and finish with a UV-stable topcoat. Details at doors, drains and transitions are sealed carefully so water flows away from buildings. We schedule around residents or tenants and give them clear instructions about access and cure times. If the deck has structural problems, we coordinate with engineers before coating, since a coating is not a structural fix.
The coating moves with small cracks and temperature swings.
Aggregate or flake helps when wet.
Doors, drains and rail posts are treated carefully.

You tell us what you want to coat, how you use the space and what bothers you about the floor, and we set a visit.
We measure the floor, check cracks, stains and moisture, take photos and talk through colors and finishes.
You review samples, a design preview and a plain written scope with every layer and the schedule before anything is ordered.
We clear and protect the space, diamond grind the slab, repair cracks and joints and clean the surface.
We apply the basecoat, broadcast flakes or color and roll the clear topcoat, then give you a cure schedule.
We walk the finished floor with you, share a care guide and schedule a first checkup.
Yes, with planning for access, odor and cure times.
It protects the surface, though drains and joints must be detailed correctly.
Texture is added for traction.
Usually we mask them and coat around posts.
We give a schedule after we see the size and system.
